At Juice Stored Energy (JSE), we’re looking to add an experienced Revenue Manager to our team based in Ollerton, Newark.

This role will focus on revenue growth from pipeline opportunities, strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

Together with other members of the senior team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on an expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening customer experiences. You will be instrumental in creating future strategic plans to increase revenue streams through the delivery of world-class customer service.

This management role has no direct reports as it is intended for the successful candidate to carry overarching responsibility to effect and develop additional yields across all departments.

Objectives of this Role

  • Analysing, developing, and applying procedures and policies which enhance our ability to maximise yield from all revenue stream pipelines.
  • Partner with senior team members to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop future plans.
  • Ensure client contracts are delivered in full.
  • Directly involved in the development and management of maintenance and rental contracts.
  • Ensure performance, strategy and alignment of the organisation’s revenue-generating departments.
  • Support the Customer Service team and Marketing function to improve the individual customer experience and strategy. Including analysing and developing the business growth across all customer segments, profiles and the overall customer service team’s processes.
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency, ensuring our client experience is delivered to the highest possible standard.
  • Assist and guide key stakeholders in continuous improvement policies within our quotation processes, ensuring clients are presented with best-in-class solutions and energy-saving options.
  • Observe developing markets where access to revenue opportunities has synergies with JSE’s current competencies, products and supplier products. Working with JSE’s Managing Director to develop new business revenue streams.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Monitor the marketplace and opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
  • Observe customer needs through all channels to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
  • Collaborate with all department heads including customer service, operations, field sales, service, maintenance, product management and marketing, to be in line with messaging, pricing strategies and business models to achieve optimum yield.
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.
  • Participate in contract negotiations where requested/required by department heads and/or stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience driving and implementing revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships.
  • Experience utilising business metrics for informed decision-making.
  • The ability to work with senior managers and operatives, inspiring change, motivating effectiveness and demonstrating delivery of initiatives and conversion into incremental yield.
  • Not required but would be helpful - technical experience with Salesforce

Package

  • £35k-£37.5k (Aligned to experience)
  • Eligible for company bonus scheme paid monthly
