Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Retail Security Officerto join the team, working at The Malls shopping centre site in Basingstoke.

Where: Basingstoke, RG21 area.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary: £12.58 per hour.

Hours:On average 44 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off Days, shifts as per site rota. 08.00 - 19.00.

About The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site (Customer liaison officer)
  • CCTV monitoring (cover with appropriate licence for breaks once trained)
  • Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site
  • Complete various security documentation
  • Liaise with supervisor / manager effectively and efficiently. Use of hand held radios and BWC.
  • Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom
  • Supervise and control site access / control room duties
  • Conduct regular site patrols / car park duties
  • Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder

About You

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential / Physically fit
  • A valid SIA DS licence / valid CCTV licence.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history
  • Own transport is preferred
