Customer Service Advisors

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join the inbound and outbound teams of a well-known distribution company. Based in Wigan, Martland Mill Industrial, WN5 area.

You will be working within the Call Centre, resolving problems, taking orders and helping customers with general enquiries. previous telephone experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Working Hours

On average 40 hours per week. 5/7 days per week, Monday - Sunday. Various shift patterns between 07:00 - 19:00. (Working weekends on a rota basis is required)

Pay Rate

£9.50 Per hour - Weekly pay.

The work is regular and ongoing and possible temp to perm for the right candidate.
