We’re looking to add an enthusiastic individual to join our team!

Have you got a passion for good food and drink? Do you have great customer service and excellent organisational skills? Could you be the right person to join our Penny Bar service team.

The successful candidate must be able to work 24 - 40 hours per week. These hours would include early mornings and late evenings on a rolling rota, within our busy restaurant. Duties will include serving food for our customers, cleaning, organising, managing an online booking and food ordering system, working with other departments of the hotel to keep the business running smoothly.

Must also be able to use quiet times to catch up with other duties such as deep cleaning & stock checking. Good knowledge of food, drink and allergens are a must. Previous experience preferred but not essential.
