Help with assessment for Respiratory Patients in clinics, in their own homes and at Pulmonary rehabilitation Responsibilities for ensuring patients receive high standards of care. Evaluating clinical care and acting upon the outcomes of evaluation. To maintain a portfolio of evidence of clinical skills, competency-based assessments underpinning theoretical knowledge demonstrating self-development and participation in continuous and post-basic education, as laid down by the NMC Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, family and members of the multi-disciplinary team. Work collaboratively across the health, social and voluntary sectors to ensure patients care is of a high standard.
