Resourcing Marketing Co-ordinator

Hours: 37 hours p/w

Salary: up to £28,000 DOE


Location – Work from home basis with minimum 1 day a week in the office and occasional travel.

What is the role?

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the coordination of the marketing activity to support our recruitment activity, including but not limited to project planning, marketing administration, reporting and assisting in the launch of campaigns.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective working relationships with the resourcing team.
  • Have a broad understanding of marketing channels online and offline.
  • Support the email marketing plan.
  • Provide campaign management support for national and local campaigns covering online and offline e.g. email and SMS sends, webpage updates, in-practice materials, PPC, VOD, SEO.
  • Review campaign artwork to ensure its on-brand and aligned with key messages.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Provide insights and reporting to track key performance indicators for all marketing campaigns.
  • Handle enquiries from external agencies, such as media owners.
  • Provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
  • Ensuring practices have promotional materials to support events inc. briefing in bespoke materials and proofing artwork.
  • Tracking of event results and use of analysis and insight to boost future activity.


I would be great at that! What skills do I need?

  • Resourcing and Marketing experience, a marketing degree would be beneficial.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering online campaigns beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ideally previous experience of resourcing campaigns.
