Job Description


The Resourcing Manager focusses on the day to day operational running of a team of Headhunters and Resourcing Consultants, as well as carrying out continuous process improvement within the team.

The role is varied and requires an individual with a strong sense of purpose who can work on their own initiative, putting the client and candidate at the heart of everything they do. They need to have good commercial awareness and be able to drive performance through KPI/SLAs. Attention to detail is key along with the ability to identify risks before they become reality.


Qualifications
  • Previous management experience
  • Experienced in developing strong internal relationships through the good times and the bad, with the tenacity to drive goals through to fruition
  • First class written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to ‘deep dive’ into granular information, spotting errors and insuring integrity within the data
  • Ability to use technology and appreciate its range and scope of commercial applications
  • The want to remain positive through difficult situations and the ability to keep the team’s positive attitude alive
  • To understand complex situations and foresee implications and outcomes over the longer term
  • Demonstrate flexibility to cover busy periods and peaks in business
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail are essential
