An award winning Technology Company are seeking to recruit a Resource Coordinator to manage the Field Service Engineers resource diary working to SLA’s and sustaining excellent customer service relations The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills ideally with previous experience working with Engineers in a similar role in a technology environment with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in this role as a Resource Coordinator working shifts covering 7am -7pm must be a car owner driver.   • Working as a Resource Planner in AV/VC.
  • Dispatch and control efficient schedules for all engineers in reactive and scheduled call outs.
  • Checking system to ensure all engineers are logged in to resource managemnt and on target.
  • Liaising/chasing engineers throughout the day regarding SLA’s.
  • Updating CRM portal.
  • Provide first point of contact for scheduling support.
  • Central point of contact for Helpdesk and Service Engineers.
  • Will have experience of incident based ticketing sysytems.
  • Will have experience of CRM systems (Microsoft) and SAP.
  • Previous experience of AV/VC technology and customer service. Benefits:.
