An award winning and innovative firm based in Hove require a Residential property lawyer with upwards of 3 years industry experience to join their well respected team.This modern practice take pride in their unique culture where everyone is empowered to take part in strategic decision making through democratic process, there is no hierarchy to speak of.The firm have strong ties with the business community on the South coast and this together with relationships built with local agents and other refers of work has resulted in a sustained period of growth for the residential property team, as such they are now looking to increase their team from 3 to 4 full time conveyancers.The role will see you manage your own caseload of residential property transactions and if you have experience, some commercial property transactions. Client care is key, therefore you will be the sole point of contact for your files once the admin team opens them.
