Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer – Amersham Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer? Are you looking to join a growing firm with offices in Amersham? Our client based in Amersham are looking to bring on a Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer to join the team on a full-time basis. Offering a fantastic salary package and company benefits they are looking for you to come in and take responsibility for a caseload of existing residential conveyancing matters. You’ll be joining a modern and dynamic Residential Property team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners and you’ll have full support from legal assistants within the department to ensure that you provide the highest level of service to your clients. As a Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer you will be required to: Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction. Prepare and draft the necessary correspondence and documents for each transaction utilising existing computer resources. Manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion. Liaise with clients, lenders, third party solicitors, estate agents etc Ensure compliance with practices and procedures. The ideal candidate: A qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (all levels of PQE will be considered). Will have experience running their own varied caseload of sales and purchases involving leasehold, freehold and new build properties. Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service.
