The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent are proud to be working with a brand-new client in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This Firm is a Boutique Residential Property Specialist and have an impressive client base throughout London and the Cotswolds. They specialise in HNW matters and have a network of referrers and Estate Agents who frequently use their services.

The Owner of the Law Firm is a successful Ex-CEO of another high street property specialist and built up the firm name to over 100 members of staff. After the firm was purchased the Owner has decided to rebuild and rebrand a new law firm with a similar idea in mind. They are a qualified Residential Property Partner and take a hands-on approach to developing staff, as well as dealing with clients and Fee Earning.

This exciting new venture is looking for a Residential Property Partner / Director looking for responsibility of helping to grow a law firm from the ground up, help to mentor and train junior members of the team and work on a HNW caseload.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / Partner / Director to join this growing team

The Firm does not handle matters such as new build or tenancy but mainly focuses on transfer of land, ownership of land, property disputes, licenses, mortgages, leasehold and freehold and more.

The team currently consists of 2 Directors and 3 Fee Earning Paralegals. This position comes with a large degree of responsibility as when the Owner is away on business, the candidate selected for the position will be responsible for managing and mentoring the junior members of the team, dealing with valued clients, and dealing with complex matters.

A client following or network of refers is not necessary for the position as there is an established caseload of work which needs attending to.
