The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a long-term client of to secure a Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor or a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team and work on one of the most interesting caseloads in the South West.

The firm is steeped in history and is extremely busy and active for a sleepy town like Cirencester. Situated in a beautiful location in the Cotswolds, the firm attracts a high quality of work from its client base due to its specialist Litigation department.

The Role

The Firm are looking for a Litigation Solicitor (Commercial) with at least 5 years PQE to join their small, growing team.

There are currently three members of the team and this role is directly supporting the Head of Litigation on several high value and high-profile cases. Candidates with experience in commercial litigation will find themselves very comfortable with the different work on offer.

Most interestingly, the firm has a strong reputation for Litigation within the Motorsport and Classic Car industry. The Head of Litigation is internationally renowned for his work on high value and high-profile cases and candidates with an interest in racing, cars, motorsport are strongly encouraged to apply.

The second aspect of the role is the develop and build upon the firm’s unique department and play a role in developing the client base and network of refers and contacts.

Candidates with excellent client care skills and organisational skills are also preferred.

What’s On Offer?

The Firm need a Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE due to the complex nature of the work involved.
