A highly-regarded regional law firm based in Carlisle is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their established & welcoming team.
Our client is a well-established firm as one of the longest-serving firms in the country. They are looking for a driven and ambitious Residential Conveyancer with strong experience within this field. Within this residential conveyancing role, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of high quality matters from inception to post completion, consisting of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build, remortgages, stair casing and transfers of equity.
You will be confident in handling significant levels of responsibility within your work as well as in your client care skills and be proactive in getting involved in business development.
This role isn’t tied to a set experience level. Progression opportunities and role requirements will be tailored to the specific individual’s needs/wants. More senior candidates will be considered for a position to work with senior Partners and be valued as a key members of the wider firm. Junior candidates will receive in-depth training and support to help them reach their goals. The team is well serviced at all levels so it’s not about ’plugging a gap but finding the right person, who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a well-liked and social team.
