Job Description

We have been instructed by our client, an impressive multidisciplined law firm who, due to expansion require a skilled Conveyancer to join the thriving residential property team in their collegiate Middlesbrough office. On offer here is a great opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer with a least 2 years PQE to join an expert team and undertake some high-quality conveyancing work. The Role

As part of this growing close-knit team, you will work effectively assisting on the departmental expansion, undertaking a varied range of residential property transactions.

Your caseload will be varied and interesting comprising of freehold and leasehold transactions including sales and purchases, help to buy, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy to let.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will be a proficient Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE to complement and develop your career within this impressive team.

Essentially, you must have a proven track record working in residential conveyancing with demonstrable high standards of candidate care. In return you will enjoy a healthy remuneration and generous bonus scheme.
