As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.   • Work with project engineering leads, engineers, and customers to gather and document requirements for new and existing products.
  • Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure that they align with product vision and specific standards, including testing and evidencing that the requirements have been met.
  • Develop and maintain a requirements management system to track changes and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of updates.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Work with project managers to ensure that requirements are managed whilst balancing cost, quality and schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or DOORS.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement development methodologies.
