Customer Service Representative – Nottingham
6 Month FTC

As part of our team, what will you do?


As part of the Customer Service Team at Customer Logistics, this role is responsible for processing our customer orders on time and accurately. Adhering to operational processes will help to support both cost and service metrics whilst delighting our customers each and every day.


Your main responsibilities


  • Managing Cost / Service for Key Customer Accounts versus our Key Business Indicators
  • Order to delivery management
  • To drive all KBIs through robust actions plans and daily disciplines
  • Understanding and delivering operational processes
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with Customers
