Would you like to be part of a great team as well as opportunities to grow your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Accountant, located in the East Midlands at our Leicester site.

About this role:

This is a key position in Finance, and we are looking for someone who will provide an efficient solution-focused service and support across our Business Unit in compliance reporting; including financial statements and KPI’s. You will be responsible for both supporting a number of key strategic projects, ensuring relevant deliverables and timeframes are met. You will be given flexibility to work across a variety of different projects simultaneously.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a fast-moving environment, with exposure to a breadth of finance reporting activities.

Responsibilities will include:

Your responsibilities will include providing scheduled reports and financial statements such as a full P&L’s, weekly sales, inventory reports, and AP reports. Developing ad-hoc reports & analysis and supporting the IT tool (M3, QlikView, PowerBi) developments.

You will also be involved in:

• Assisting with Process improvements on BPC Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting to Group.
• Weekly Sales and Order Book Reporting UK and BU.
• PA Controlling Reporting and Strategic Support to PAs and BU.
• Cash and Currency Reporting, Forecasting and Hedging.
• Growth Initiative Reporting and Controlling.
• Strategic Tool Reporting and Controllership.
• System and Process Control and Support on ERP (Process Improvements / Internal Control / Group CofA).

Candidate Profile:

• You will be part qualified or a fully qualified Accountant.
• Ideally you will have a degree level education or equivalent.
• Consolidated Financial Reporting understanding.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who takes a proactive approach to seek priorities in their role.
• Be Excel proficient.
• You will have solid understanding of SAP BPC Reporting.
• M3 knowledge would be an advantage.
