Within this role you will -

• Handle a large and busy caseload of remortgage files along with advising on issues relating to Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Postponement and Leasehold matters.
• Support the firm’s broad client base attentively and efficiently, establishing enduring positive relationships.
• Become part of a friendly and approachable team in which you will be encouraged to grow and develop your knowledge of both remortgage work along with broader conveyancing.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic and flexible Remortgage Fee Earner with around 12 months experience a similar role.
