GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking a qualified Religious Education Teacher to join a school in Sleaford starting in September or October 2023.As a Religious Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating students about different religious beliefs, traditions, and practices. Your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and supporting students’ progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Religious Education lessons to students.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
  • Promote understanding and respect for different religious beliefs and practices.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education.
  • Passionate about teaching and dedicated to students’ academic and personal development.
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
