Job DescriptionShare Share ShareLevel 2 Teaching AssistantLocation: Scarborough, North YorkshireSalary: £75 – £95 per dayStart Date: ASAPGSL Education Hull and North Yorkshire are currently seeking to hire Teaching Assistants (Level 2); ideally being available to work Full Time from as soon as possible.Essential Requirements
  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Certificate.
  • Possess the Right to Work in UK.
  • Experienced and interested in providing pupils with 1:1 Support
  • Must assist students in overcoming their barriers to learning by delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.
  • Must support children and young people between the ages of 2-16 with additional needs; thereby promoting an inclusive environment.
  • Be able to communicate and build rapport with young people, colleagues, and outside agencies.
  • Work in partnership with the SENCO to work towards achieving EHCP outcomes.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, to be willing to apply for one through our agency.
