Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Chef Division is currently representing a stunning Hotel in West Sussex and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie to join their team.

The client is a beautiful Hotel set in the West Sussex Countryside serving a menu consisting of locally sourced produce in a relaxed dining environment.

What’s involved?

You would support the kitchen working with a team of 6 chefs and report directly to the Sous & Head Chef.
