United Living Water Ltd is a fast-paced, ambitious business in active growth mode, providing a range of utility infrastructure services covering all aspects of pipeline networks. We operate as a main contractor for a number of water contracts in the north and are currently recruiting a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee the work reinstatement teams in the North East.As Reinstatement Supervisor you will have responsibility for site management, ensuring the clients requirements are met whilst working in line with the company health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction. This will include:- Management of reinstatement activities: ensuring site standards are maintained, working to programme, ensuring standards of workmanship maintained.
- Liaison with Health & Safety Teams: working together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results, dealing with improvement notices.
- Liaison with Operatives: ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are achieved, dealing with actions from technical audits.
- Liaison with Client Representatives: Progress meetings, day to day stakeholder engagement.
- Management of Site Personnel: Recruitment, man management, disciplinary, manpower planning.
- Administration: Maintaining documentation, quality records, as laid information, timesheets, work records etc
- NRSWA (Supervisors)
- Supervisory Management training
- IOSH / SMSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Experience of managing contractors (advantageous)
