To ensure we are operating as effectively as possible and providing the best possible service to our customers, we are aligning our processes and implementing new technologies across our business. As such, we are looking for a Systems and Data Specialist to work within our Property Services pillar.

Our Responsive Repairs division are in the business of providing essential maintenance services to homes up and down the country, and we are in the process of implementing a new work management system, Totalmobile. The role of Systems and Data Specialist is an operational support function, and as such we are looking for somebody who can work closely with colleagues to provide ongoing support in the effective management and use of the system. This ensuring everybody is using the system effectively, data is correct, and our integrations are running successfully with our clients.

Although this is an operational support role, it is not a front-line IT Service Desk position where only tickets and tasks are given out. Willingness to learn and support improvements is key. It is also not an entry level position; we are looking for individuals who can take initiative and resolve problems before being asked.

To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner, have excellent IT skills, Excel skills, knowledge of system integrations is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Communication skills are critical as you will be liaising with numerous internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.

The Operations Support Team believe that the right personality and positive outlook is just as important as experience to be successful in this application. All necessary training and continuous support will be given.
