THE ROLE
Focusing on Health & Safety work within a top tier team
Working closely with two Tier 1 ranked Environmental lawyers providing on contentious and non-contentious advice on environmental law, health & safety and wider regulatory litigation to include;
Investigations and prosecutions by the EA, environmental contamination, police investigations and prosecutions relating to death in the workplace, investigations in to HSE workplace accidents and advice on H&S issues in the workplace

REQUIREMENTS
Ideally you will be 3yrs PQE
Proven background in dispute resolution - criminal litigation experience is desirable
Good academics
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm towards building strong client relationships
