Role:Part-time, 12-month fixed term contract

Location: Barnstaple, Devon

The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious and organised Administrator to support the regulatory department in a wide range of administrative tasks and ensure information remains current, complete and compliant. As part of your role, you’ll maintain and archive regulatory documentation and information in line with company procedures along with assisting the team members with the generation of documents for submission to health authorities.

You’ll also help in the draftSOPs and processes relating to training and development records. Additionally, you’ll proofread artwork, and be involved in Marketing Authorisation variation submission and approvals.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be introduced to many aspects of Regulatory Affairs and gain valuable experience for your long-term career.

The Person
  • Self-motivated, keen to learn and proactive in approach - interested in learning about and pursuing a career in Regulatory Affairs
  • Excellent organisational skills - able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines, think on your feet to solve problems and maintain a high level of accuracy, even in a changeable work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in written and spoken English), able to relate to colleagues and customers at all levels and navigate cultural differences with ease.
  • Strong team player but also happy to work autonomously - comfortable to use your own initiative and follow set procedures, but also aware of when a problem needs to be escalated.
  • Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be desirable, but not a must
  • Scientific qualification at A Level
