We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team here at Rosemullion Vets in Falmouth. We are a dedicated small animal hospital based in Falmouth, Cornwall. Our practice is RCVS Accredited with a veterinary team that consists of 17 vets and 26 veterinary nurses, covering small animal first opinion work and referral work in ophthalmology, advanced surgery (orthopaedic and soft tissue), exotics and cardiology. We have a dedicated night nurse team to care for inpatients throughout the night, with the duty vet on call as needed. We pride ourselves on our great relationship with our clients.

Excitingly, we have just started building a brand new hospital, which should be complete Summer 2021. This will have 7 consults rooms, 3 theatres, CT scanner, separate dental suite, separate cat and dog kennels and much more. It will be fitted with high tech equipment in order to provide you with the best possible working environment and to allow us to provide the best care to our patients. This role will be predominantly based in our brand new hospital however we are looking for flexibility to cover our Helston branch when needed.

Your new role is a full time position working 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. We are ideally looking for an RVN with a keen interest in promoting and running their own Nurse Consults. You would also play a key role in managing our busy inpatient and surgical caseload, as well as helping front of house, and would be supported by an excellent team of vets and nurses.
