Leaders In Care is recruiting an experienced or newly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join an award-winning care centre based in Peterborough. The successful applicant will earn a salary of up to £46000 per annum - could that be you?

Working for our client - a well-known nationwide charity - you will be joining a hospice that is a centre of excellence within palliative care. Rated ’outstanding’ by the CQC, the Care Centre provides specialist care and support to service users, families, and friends with bespoke care plans in place to ensure comfort and the best standards of care for each resident.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will demonstrate the ability to work well within a team, use initiative and have excellent communication skills, displaying compassion and acting as an ambassador of the charity.

• Delivered person-centred care plans for service users
• Met the medical, physical, and emotional requirements of service users
• Mentored and motivated colleagues, championing safety and dignity
• Kept accurate records
  

The ideal RN applicant will have the relevant nursing qualifications (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and hold a current NMC Pin. Strong clinical skills are highly desirable, as is the desire and drive to expand your professional development as an adult nurse. You must also have a legal right to work in the UK.
