We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a Residential Service for young people with EBD in Somerset.Registered Manager responsibilities include:-The daily running of the homes
  • Staff management
  • Budgets
  • Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
  • Compliance with all current legislation relating
    • The successful candidate must have:-2 Years management experience within young people’s services
  • An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
  • Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 or 5 in Leadership + Management
  • Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
