Operations Manager - Nursing & Residential Care I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Operations Manager for a fantastic Nursing & Residential care service based in Torquay. The Operations Manager will be offered a fantastic salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 The Operations Manager must have-Prior experience at Registered Manager level, preferably within Nursing & Residential settings but other sectors within care will be considered
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
