An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a registered manager in a family-owned care home located directly on the blue flag beach in Minster-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. Ocean Heights is a brand new, purpose built, state of the art 50 bedded home registered to provide accommodation for over 65s, dementia and physically disabilities.

The successful candidate will have:

· a Level 5 qualification in health and social care.

· at least 5 years’ experience working in a residential setting.

· Proven track record as a manager.

· an excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance with previous “good” CQC ratings.

· good leadership skills and the ability to manage a large staff group.

· a commitment to delivering high quality care.

· sound commercial knowledge with the ability to manage budgets.

Salary up to 65k.
