Position: Registered Care Home Manager | RGN Qualified

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £55,000 + 40% Bonus (OTE £77k)

Hours: Full-time

Contract Type: Permanent

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centered care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end of life, and residential care, as well as specialist dementia care.

Interview Process

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
  • Stage One - Video call interview with the Regional Director
  • Stage Two - Group video call interview with the SMT
The Candidate
  • Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
  • RGN qualified
  • Possess strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership
  • Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
  • Driving license and own vehicle are required
