Location: West Midlands - Birmingham

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000

We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager position for one of our clients - a distributor of Building Materials!

Overall responsibility for the sales function of the business with a sales budgetary responsibility. Running an external sales team as well as multi-site sales operations. We are are looking for a real people manager, someone who can motivate and lead a sales team.

This is critical role for our client - a well respected supplier of building materials / builders merchant into the construction sector with a network of branches. We therefore need a senior individual from the construction supplies / building materials sector (merchants, builders merchants, distributors or manufacturers - construction supplies / building materials). Someone with an excellent reputation and experience managing a team.
  • Do you have experience heading up a sales team from the building supplies, construction or builders merchants / merchants sector?
  • Are you a senior sales manager from the construction sector or a Branch Manager wanting a change?
