Regional Operations Manager - £40k - £45k Maidenhead transferring to Middle East Hi, I’m George, Regional Director, and I’m looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join and lead the operations in the Middle East, drive operational excellence and deliver the unrivalled, standard setting service associated with MCFT. Established in 2014, the roots of MCFT’s success are our relentless and investment in people and systems and we have ambitious plans to continue growing our operations in the UK and overseas. I am looking for a proven leader who will harness this opportunity and quickly develop country wide relationships. You will be able to demonstrate people management, business development skills and delivery of our strategy operationally and through the P&L. We need a Regional Operations Manager with a spirit of adventure, who enjoys being visible and operating at a strategic level to develop the business whilst working closely with their team and being firmly in the detail. You will initially be based in our Head Office in Maidenhead for circa 6 months to be fully immersed in our business with a view to transferring to the Middle East to run our successful and established operation in the region. What will you need to succeed?
  • You will need to have experience of managing an effective and efficient operation, ideally working in blue collar industries
  • You will enjoy working in fast paced SME environments where you can demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills and make a real difference.
  • You will be able to demonstrate business development responsibility and achievement
  • You will have managed Profit and Loss and be confident managing all accounts for your territories
  • You will need to be a strategic leader who also has with razor sharp attention to detail
  • You will be able to work effectively as part of our Senior Leadership team and show success in recruiting, developing and training teams with world class standards You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring Country Operations run efficiently and effectively and taking a strategic view on opportunities to improve the way we work.
  • Team building and engagement - the secret to all our customers’ experience is in our people - their technical competence and their pride in the job and their colleagues - the MCFT family.
  • Managing your Profit and Loss and demonstrating awareness of all accounts and operations within the territory
  • Working with our Technical Lead to develop the field service team to be our all-round business ambassadors
  • Growing our office support team - the hub of our business - as sales and operations grow
  • Alongside our Business Improvement Team, harnessing technology to facilitate and speed up processes
  • Managing procurement - from vans to van stocks & the logistics of matching parts/tech/customer
