Regional FP&A Senior Analyst HMD EMEA

Location: Pinewood Campus, Wokingham, UK

Yes? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst supporting the EMEA Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) business in the Regional FP&A Team.

You will be part of the newly created Central Forecasting Team and lead the design, deployment, and delivery of centralisation of key commercial planning processes across the EMEA region. This will involve partnering with FP&A, BUF and FS&T to build new solutions using data consolidation & automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

TM1 Planning Centralisation
  • Design the Regional approach toward the centralisation of key commercial planning processes - such as Sales, GP and OPEX
  • Develop solutions to support the new centralised processes, embracing existing and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with colleagues in commercial FP&A, BUF and Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) on design, build and execution
  • Be responsible for the calendar & execution of the centralised processes


Planning Process - Subject Matter Expert
  • Become an SME in assigned planning processes and drive continuous improvement of the process, as well as upskilling of your FP&A colleagues


Education

Qualifications
  • Degree level qualifications
  • Fully qualified Accountant, with relevant post qualification work experience, or finance and accounting master degree


Required

Experience and Skills:
  • Broad based FP&A experience preferred - prior commercial / operating company experience strongly desired
  • Experience of working in a regional/ global organisation with complex & interdependent business relationships
  • Proven understanding of TM1, Power Query and Alteryx are highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in working with large data sets and MS Excel. VBA knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record of high performance and driving operational improvements across a complex business environment
  • Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson and Hospital Medical Devices worldwide procedures, practices and systems desired
