About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity to join Virgin Media as a Regional Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months! Within this role, you’ll represent the department in a professional manner both internally and externally. You’ll monitor progress and intervene in line with agreed procedures, manage and coordinate any action items and conduct regular reviews with contract partners.

You’ll be joining an amazing team who establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our external and internal customers, partners and suppliers. You’ll be monitoring various systems and coordinating activities arising from them as well as monitoring relevant mailboxes and responding within agreed timescales.

The must haves
  • Understanding of and passion for delivery of excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to learn new systems, well organised and a determination to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates resilience & works consistently in a changing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure that individual and team targets are achieved

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and take ownership of issues and solutions.
