We are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Service Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Service Manager to play a key role within our business. The position is best suited to somebody with existing industry experience who also has the skills to manage a team of mobile engineers and communicate effectively with a variety of clients. The client is based in Bradford, but have customers throughout the UK so you may be required to travel further afield at times.

Our range of services include all aspects of HVACR works.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to take ownership of the service department, focusing on providing a premium level service and excellent customer experience.

Your engineering team will comprise of 11 existing engineers with an ambition to increase these numbers as the workload naturally increases.

With administrative support you will be responsible for overseeing the following:

Management of the engineering team
  • Response to emergency breakdowns
  • Planning routine maintenance
  • Providing follow-up quotations
  • Communicating with the clients
  • Reviewing completed job sheets
  • Invoicing upon works completion
  • Call out Rota management
  • Developing sales and client relationships
  • Identifying areas of improvement

    • This is a high-profile role and the successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.

    To be suitable you must have prior industry experience and be able to offer a degree of technical support to Engineers. You must have good people management skills and the ability to manage a busy and fluid workload prioritising appropriately.
