The company’s growth plans in the near future means this role is pivotal to the success of its sales strategy.The role of the Recruitment Specialist allows the successful individual to develop their own strategy and recruitment techniques which is rewarded by a generous bonus scheme.The journey to a Creditsafe role doesn’t end for the Recruitment Specialist at recruitment. Has your candidate settled into the business successfully? Are they receiving the support and training they need to succeed? This role incorporates these key responsibilities with the support of HR and Training.Key Responsibilities - Managing the recruitment pipeline, scheduling interviews and co-ordinating candidate negotiations
  • Building an appropriate talent acquisition strategy
  • Optimizing candidate attraction, creating top class recruitment campaigns
  • Following your recruited talent in the journey by ensuring a positive and proactive onboarding experience.
Essential Skills- 3 years + recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of sales recruitment
  • Confident to work in a fast paced environment with fast paced stake holders
  • Previously worked in a collaborative environment
  • Ideally, experienced of recruitment in the financial services sector
  • The ability to retain candidates as well as attract
  • Experience in a targeted environment

Salary- £30 - 35k dependent on experience. OTE £48-53k
