The Business
A recruitment consultancy specialising in finding top quality talent for global renewable energy companies. To date the company have placed candidates in over 20 countries across 4 continents in organisations covering wind energy, solar energy, green energy banks and renewable energy consultancies. The company deliver talent from middle and senior management to board level across multiple disciplines including Project Management, Engineering and Business Development.

The Job
You will join the team as a Recruitment Resource Executive with the primary responsibility of identifying relevant talent for specific vacancies on LinkedIn and job board CV databases.

Working closely with the CEO you will learn how to identify prospective employees for given vacancies using online tools and present these for the senior management team to contact.

Job Breakdown
  • Conduct online research using tools such as LinkedIn and other CV databases to identify prospective candidates for the live vacancies.
  • Present regular shortlists of candidates to the CEO and senior management, working with them to identify which the CEO will contact about each vacancy.
  • There will be elements of business administration support work such as helping keep the company’s database and CRM system up to date.
  • There will be ad hoc work to do on developing the company’s social media account and learning how to use social media to find and attract talent for the sustainable energy sector.
  • As the role develops you will be trained on how to conduct candidate screening calls yourself with a view to developing into an independent Talent Acquisition Executive that will support the company’s continued growth.

Candidate Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • An interest to learn how to source candidates for a recruitment consultancy.
  • Someone willing to learn how to understand a brief and conduct a search accordingly.
  • A clear, concise and confident communicator.
  • Someone who enjoys working in small teams.
  • Excited by the prospect of joining a start-up and experience it growing as a business.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience using LinkedIn or job boards to search CVs.
  • Experienced using a CRM system e.g. SalesForce
  • Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector.
