Our Experienced Hire team manages the recruitment of thousands of people into PwC in the UK every year. Our team consists of over 120 talent acquisition professionals, who are each passionate about providing recruitment solutions enabling us to attract high calibre and diverse candidates to PwC. As a Recruitment Manager you’ll take ownership for a portfolio of UK wide hires, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional and inclusive hiring solutions with the effective use of employer brand, attraction campaigns and direct sourcing. You’ll deliver high calibre hires to our business through direct and indirect management of teams, tools and services and consultative business partnering.

To be successful in this role you’ll have proven experience of delivering recruitment solutions within an in-house or RPO environment.

About The Role

As a Recruitment Manager you will:

  • build trusted and valued relationships with PwC Partners, Human Capital and Business leaders, provide pragmatic advice and guidance as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition subject matter expert
  • be bold and resilient, unafraid to challenge situations or stakeholders with diplomacy to create positive outcomes
  • manage end to end recruitment processes through direct and indirect management of our sourcing and recruiting teams
  • create innovative hiring solutions that adapt and evolve to the ever changing market and needs of our business, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have the best possible recruitment experience
  • embed yourself in your Line of Service and develop strong understanding of their hiring needs, create and deploy attraction and recruitment strategies that will deliver high calibre and diverse talent via multiple direct channel
  • support the constant evolution of the recruitment process, simplifying the candidate, client and recruiter experience
  • utilise relevant data and MI to inform your own thinking and help influence the business in their recruitment decisions
  • support on-going recruitment and / or wider Human Capital projects
  • manage and / or coach less experienced members of the Recruitment team, constantly improving their knowledge and experience and support their professional development

About You

  • Proven experience managing recruitment solutions through direct and indirect teams for experienced hires within an in-house or RPO environment
  • Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • People management and team leadership experience
  • Experience using data and MI to influence, challenge and drive value into business decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrixed environment managing multiple projects and campaigns at any given time
  • Knowledge of a wide range of direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, executive search and job boards)
  • Experience creating innovative recruitment solutions and delivering projects to support recruitment betterment projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at a range of levels both remotely and face to face
  • Commercially minded, able to understand how recruitment can support the requirements of stakeholders and the wider business
  • Passionate about creating and delivering an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience
