Job Title: Recruitment Lead

Location:Ossett, Wakefield

Contract:Full -Time (37.5 hours per week plus on call)

Salary: £23,1666+ on call

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for developing a robust and proactive approach to recruitment,selection and on boarding and will work closely with operational management in regards to ensuring that there is a high volume of excellent quality candidates in the pipeline in order to assist the branch to meet growth targets.

The Main Responsibilities Of The Roleare

Delivery of all aspects of Recruitment, Retention and HR administration

Create and post innovative and engaging Job adverts

Deliver effective, timely and cost effective, non-discriminatory recruitment and selection processes

Conduct pre-screen calls and interviews

Promote Radfield Home care as employer of choice through creative and engaging social media posts on a regular basis

Be active and present in the local marketplace, attending events such as job fairsand using networking opportunities to develop brand awareness and build a good flow of passive applicants

To support with out of hours on call service and be available to work when requested by the care manager to cover care calls

Maintain accurate administration of all recruitment processes, storing all data in line with data protection regulations

Conduct,review and record reference checks, apply for and review DBS checks.

Complete and compile carer HR files and ensure HR checklist is fully completed

Support and implementation of HR policies and procedures in relation to new and existing staff

Support the business with retention of existing staff by managing our rewards and recognition scheme
