We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator, this is a very dynamic role supporting managers with the sourcing of candidates across the StayBC Group. One day you could be working on sourcing a manager by sifting CVs, the next you could be attending a meeting to discuss recruitment regarding a new project that requires labour.

This is very dynamic role, with autonomy to really make it your own using the new recruitment platform we will introduce for ease of sourcing great candidates to make StayBC great. This role will be based in our Human Resources department, where we want to create a culture of ’people first’ and you will be joining a evolving, forward thinking company that has its vision on progression, expansion and collaboration.

Your skills:

  • Previous or current experience in a recruitment environment is preferable
  • Your strengths lie in administration and organisation, and you are used to working with a high workload in a fast-paced environment
  • You are good at multi-tasking and problem solving, remaining calm and collected under pressure
  • You pride yourself in being highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all recruitment administration for StayBC, taking the pressure off managers but at the same time working with them to organise interviews, obtaining feedback and delivering the offer paperwork and onboarding setup.
  • Maintaining timely contact with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Following up on and progressing internal referrals
  • Liaising with hiring Managers and candidates to book interviews via Outlook and MS Teams and ensure timely and constructive feedback is gathered and recorded in the ATS
  • Assisting with evaluating applicants to progress through the recruitment process by conducting effective pre-screen calls against a hiring brief to identify required skills, experience and behaviours
