The Opportunity

Thanks to continued success, we are growing our Teesside team at Jackson Hogg. We are looking for experienced recruiters looking for an exciting new opportunity with endless room for growth.

You can expect to join a desk that’s focused on growth and development. You would support with both short- and long-term temp cover, as well as permanent placements within Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse and logistics, Fabrication and Engineering.

The role is a full 360 consultant role with multiple routes for progression.

About You

  • STEM recruitment experience, or recruitment experience from another sector wishing to specialise in this field.
  • A proven and consistent track record of billings and/or account management and business development as a 360 consultant.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Adhere to Jackson Hogg’s values and mission of delivering excellence through passion, care, trust and respect.
  • Have a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
