Global teams.

The Perm Division, overseen by Nick Livings, is a diverse and consistently high-performing

function. Nick boasts a prestigious history of billing recruitment and as Barrington James’

Performance Coach, is responsible for developing the company’s top 10 highest

performing billers who individually generate over £450k+ worth of business each year.

As the industry grows, so does our team. We are seeking adaptable and committed

salespeople and recruiters who have gone above and beyond in their career to-date. The

Perm function requires a meticulous mind-set with consultants who possess a keen eye for

detail. Often, our candidates become clients, so those who are motivated by consistent

networking and long-term relationship building with senior professionals will thrive in this

environment.

Expectations:

  • 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree
  • Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
  • Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient mathematical capability

Role responsibilities:

  • Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical

within the Pharmaceutical sector

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
