Hopefully, you’ve heard of us - we’re the South-Easts recognised partner for Event and Catering staffing and we work with some of the biggest names out there! Established in 2015 we grew rapidly through to 2019 where our staff worked over 70,000 hours at the likes of Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Festival and Henley Regatta. 2020 was all about adapting and surviving - we didn’t go to sleep, instead, we got busy providing staff to Covid 19 testing centres and adapting to other new markets. 2021 is now all about growth and we are looking for someone special to be part of that journey, looking after our busy Front of House business across Surrey and Berkshire!

The Person

You might be an experienced Chef looking to move away from the Kitchen? You might have experience recruiting in other high volume sectors? Or you may even be a recent graduate looking to kick-start a career in recruitment!

Regardless of your background, you will have one thing in common - you love people and people love you! You will spend your day sourcing and recruiting the best Chef talent around to join our team of passionate and hard-working Chefs for casual and contract assignments across Surrey and the SouthEast! You will need to have great interpersonal skills, be computer literate and be ready to get stuck into a busy role!

The role

No day is ever the same here - if you like variety this role would certainly suit you! A typical week could see you, sourcing Chefs to work at large scale sporting events, hotels, restaurants, Pubs and event school and hospitals depending on our client’s requirements!

You will leave no stone unturned in your search for great talent and you will utilize personal contacts, job boards and social media to advertise opportunities and recruit new team members!

A typical week will see you spending your time on the following activities:
Writing and placing ads Screening CV’s Interview remotely and in-person Responding to queries and communicating with potential hires via email/social media/phone! Conducting right to work checks. Uploading new starters to our worker system and ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Processing staff timesheets and making sure our team get paid accurately and timely.

The Package

A competitive salary between £20-25k (dependant on yourprevious experience). Bonus scheme. 25 days holiday. Weekly incentives -champagne, lunches, trips away etc… Relaxed and fun environment to work in. We’re a social bunch and like to get together and celebrate the good stuff (when we can!).
Location/Hours - you need to be able to travel to our Godalming office. Working from home and flexible working are bothavailable after the initial training period.
