Recruitment Advisor, 6 month fixed term contract

Kings Cross, London - we are currently working remotely and have a strong virtual on-boarding induction in place.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the HR Resourcing team in the UK.

Responsibilities

Deliver an end to end service through placing job board advertisements, screening responses and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates and commencing the interview process.
Proactively develop a continual pipeline of quality candidates, according to business needs.
Working as part of a team to deliver the best recruitment experience for Springer Nature and candidates
Agile with a “hands on” approach to meet the team and business needs e.g. general administration e.g. maintaining the ATS system, advertising roles, supporting on interviews where required and supporting Hiring Managers with anything resourcing related.

Experience, skills and qualifications

Essential

Previous experience in a direct sourcing role either through an in-house recruitment team or RPO.
Pro-active in managing the recruitment process end to end including interview coordination and administration.
Ability to influence and negotiate with candidates of varying levels of skill and experience.
Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills and not shy to ask for help when needed. Also always go the extra mile to help when needed.
Strong team player and collaborative approach – happy to ‘get stuck in’ as needed
Ability to generate interest and promote Springer Nature as an employer of choice.
