Annual Remuneration

  • £22,000 Starting Basic Salary
  • Plus Commission (Up to £4,000 / annum)

Standard Office Hours: 37.5 Hours / Week (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5.30PM)

Annual Leave: 28 days per annum

Role Summary

The Recruitment Administrator is tasked with ensuring everyone who expresses an interest in joining our organisation experiences an excellent candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of their application. The Recruitment Administrator is the first face/voice of ScotForce Healthcare and will provide a welcoming, informative and professional service to prospective new employees, supporting all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to their first day of work.


Key tasks of the role include:-

  • Sourcing healthcare candidates via online job boards and social media
  • Managing all recruitment advertising
  • CV Screening
  • Conducting preliminary telephone Interviews
  • Arranging Interviews for Branch Managers
  • Job offer & decline management
  • Employment Vetting / Criminal Records Vetting
  • Compliance checks, including registration with professional bodies
  • Onboarding candidates, including arranging pre-employment training and inductions
  • Setting up HR files.
  • Keeping accurate records of recruitment activities on Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

The successful Candidate will:

  • Be eager to learn / further develop their recruitment skills
  • Have a passion for great customer service
  • Be exceptionally organised to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Have strong administrative skills, including competent use of Computers / Microsoft packages and a professional telephone manner
  • Be a confident communicator, with a strong command of verbal and written English.
  • Thrive in a targeted environment

Experience or a sound knowledge of recruitment principles or the care sector are beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
