Our client, a highly respected Public Sector establishment, based near Glasgow Airport, require a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis until the end of April 2022. The salary for the position is £11.10 per hour. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm - 37.5 hours per week. An initial period of office based training will be followed by a move to either home working or a hybrid of office/home-working.
Main purpose of role:
Due to a high volume of activity, we are looking to temporarily increase the administrative support within the Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will work with the current team to process high volume recruitment-based activities.
This is a fast-paced role, and we require a strong experienced candidate with excellent administration skills and ability to be flexible with workloads.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong administration experience including processing documents and accurate data input
- Excellent attention to detail and first-class organisational skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence working with and prioritising a varied workload appropriately
- Strong IT Skills - MS Office - Word / Excel and the ability to learn bespoke software
- Fast at picking up new processes
- Recruitment Administration experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
