A large organisation in Hampshire is currently working with CMA HR to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment this is role is to assist the department with administrative related tasks – it can be on-going temporary if this is more suitable or a role that continues long-term.What will Recruitment Administrator role involve?- Adding new starters to their system;
- Update and issue contract templates
- Maintain the ATS and careers website;;
- Manage the relationships with external PSL agencies;
- Reference and right to work checks.
- Strong administrative skills ideally in a recruitment role;
- Able to work at fast pace and confident communicator.
- Office based role initially that will be hybrid after training;
- Excellent foot in the door in to an established business;
- Free on-site parking.
