You will be joining a social enterprise that have won investors and people gold awards that is owned by their employees, meaning it is a truly great place to work! They help society become a better place and help support those needing to get back into work.They are delivering the biggest employment support programme in the UK, only launching just a few days ago! WHAT IS THE ROLE? The role is split amongst 3 offices (Taunton, Bridgewater and Yeovil) which your time would be split between the 3 each week. On top of this you will also find yourself out and about on meeting visits with new and existing employers. You would be working with a brand-new team helping support the unemployed affected by Covid 19 and seeing the end of furlough back into employment.Key responsibilities included but are not limited to… - Supporting a team that help job seekers find new opportunities as well as new employers finding new employees.- Supporting candidates through the employment process including interview prep and any additional support needed.- Generating new leads by mapping out the labour market and offering a free recruitment service (Government funded so no fees)- Developing relationships with key stakeholders- Keeping on top of database contacts and ensuring all are accurate on input IS THIS ROLE FOR ME? Our ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked as an Employer Engagement Consultant (maybe in apprenticeships, welfare to work or employability), Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Consultant, Telesales Executive or an Employment Advisor
