We are looking for an experienced in house recruiter to join the team at Avantis Marine.

The role will be reporting into the Head of HR. The successful applicant will be sourcing employees for a wide range of roles into positions globally.

Key responsibilities are to:

  • Support our business by building and maintaining a strong talent pool of candidates
  • Championing the various recruitment processes.
  • Build our employer brand and act as brand ambassador

Working closely with various management teams to ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired into the business.
Managing and enhancing our onboarding experience
Co-ordinating project labour requirements

Salary shown as a range and will be offered dependent on experience.

Previous recruitment experience is required and candidates who have engineering recruitment experience would be preferred.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
